I was a aficionado of the BBC B micro computer. I brought one when they came out, cost all the money I had. What a fantastic machine. It allowed among other things the ability to very easily to connect your own hardware projects to it. Maybe the new Raspberry Pi will bring this interesting part of computing back to the ordinary person.

The following article was out of 'Micro User' in March 1987, it shows how such a simple computer could be used for such a complex and import function, within the Royal Pavilion in Brighton.

I do hope I have not blown any copyright laws on letting people read this, I had a good look round the Internet and it seems the company that published this magazine went out of business years ago. If you are the copyright holder please let me know and I'll take it down.
